All prices are quoted in euros and are per person per night, plus a local tax of €3.70 per adult per day, including breakfast.
Apartment prices are per apartment/night, plus a local tax of €3.70 per adult per day, excluding breakfast.
We charge €55 per day in winter and €40 per day in summer for an additional person in the apartments, plus local tax.
The Super Summer Card is not included in the price - adults pay € 6.50 per day and children pay € 3.25 per day - aged 7 to 15 - you receive and pay for the card at the hotel.
In the winter, we offer a 15% price reduction during the low season.

SUPER . SOMMER . CARD
The Super Summer Card Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis can be purchased from the cable car operator and costs €6.50 per adult per day. Children aged 7–15 pay €3.25 per day.
You will receive the Super Summer Card when you check in.
With this card, you can use all the cable cars, the hiking buses between the villages, and all the free mountain attractions and guided tours.

Some rooms have an extra bed. The price of the extra bed is reduced by approximately 30%.
Rooms and apartments are available at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you depart early, we will charge you for the room/apartment until the agreed day.
Guests staying in rooms can park in the underground garage. The underground garage can be booked by apartment guests for a fee of €12 per day, subject to availability. Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house. Login details are available in your room.
The reservation will only be valid after a booking confirmation and a deposit payment have been made.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
