Our rooms and apartments are located in an excellent spot in Serfaus. They offer you plenty of comfort and cosiness for your holiday. All rooms have a bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, make-up mirror, TV, safe and balcony (12 out of 13 rooms have a balcony). You can use the free WLAN throughout the house.
In winter, our house is located directly on the ski piste, and in summer, the hiking trails start right outside the door.

The final cleaning fee is €155,-
Some rooms have an extra bed. The price of the extra bed is reduced by approximately 30%.
Rooms and apartments are available at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you depart early, we will charge you for the room/apartment until the agreed day.
Guests staying in rooms can park in the underground garage. The underground garage can be booked by apartment guests for a fee of €12 per day, subject to availability. Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house. Login details are available in your room.
The reservation will only be valid after a booking confirmation and a deposit payment have been made.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
Smoking is not permitted in our rooms, apartments, or anywhere else in the hotel.

- Up to three months before arrival, we charge 40% of the total amount.
- Up to one month before arrival, we charge 70% of the total amount.
- Up to one week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total amount.
